1. Information we collect

We collect account information you provide (parent/guardian name, email, child's first name and age), booking and course activity, and standard technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics.

2. Children's privacy

Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect more information from a child than is necessary to provide the class, and we do not sell children's personal information. Parents can request access to or deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting us.

3. How we use information

To deliver and improve our courses, communicate about bookings, and — only with consent — send newsletters. We never sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data security

Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), all data is transmitted over HTTPS, and access to student records is restricted by role.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your (or your child's) personal data by emailing support@codingdidi.com.
